Payment Methods

 

Payment can be made online via our secure Stripe payment system or via PayPal.

 

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

 

We work on all orders in the order that we receive them. Normally we dispatch parcels within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order. However during very busy periods it may take an extra day or two for your parcel to be dispatched.

If you place an order which includes an item marked on our website as either out of stock or as a special order (2-3 weeks) then your entire order will be dispatched when this special item is back in stock. If you'd like your other items sooner, we will happily ship them right away but we would require an additional delivery payment to cover the second delivery cost.

If you require your order to be sent urgently, please either email or telephone us to discuss this with us.

 

UK Delivery

 

How Delivery Works - Customers are charged postage based on the weight of the order and where the goods are being delivered. This is calculated for you in the website checkout area, making the shopping process quick and easy for our customers.

 

We use the following delivery methods (delivery method may vary depending on the most cost effective and appropriate delivery service at the time of order):

 

Royal Mail Untracked. Parcels ship with Royal Mail and will usually take 1-2 days to arrive once your parcel has been shipped.

 

Parcel to go – This service is usually used for orders over 1kg in weight.  Uses a variety of couriers - FedEx Express, Parcelforce, UPS, Yodel, TNT, MyHermes, DPD, Collect+, Hermes, CitySprint, InPost, DHL, USPS, Whistl, All Couriers. Delivery usually up to 3 days for arrival.

 

Delivery Outside the UK

 

We are sorry but we cannot ship outside the UK unless by special order via email or telephone.

PRODUCT SHIPPING NOTICE - blanks inc pistol and launchers, dummy launchers and blank firing pistols can only be shipped using one of our couriers. Thank you.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE – BROKEN, DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS.

When you receive your delivery please check everything is in the package you ordered against you invoice/delivery note. Please advise within 24 hours of your goods being delivered if there is anything missing/damaged.

In order for us to make a claim with postal or courier companies and to replace your goods we will need photographic evidence of damaged boxes, packages and damaged/missing goods. Please also sign damaged or missing goods as "damaged delivery, goods not checked."

Products/Goods always remain the property of Mobile Shooting Supplies until goods/products have been paid for in full.

 

Returns & Exchanges - Non Faulty Items

 

We hope that you’re happy with any product purchased, but if you wish to return a product to us for whatever reason you may do so to:

Please contact us via phone or email requesting a return, and then post back with your order number and contact details on paper along with the item. Your return will be processed within 3 working days of arrival to Thornstead. Please be aware at busy times this processing time may be extended.

 

Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are in saleable condition, not damaged, and in original packaging within 30 days of receiving them.  Exchanges and credit notes will be given up to 30 days.

We will refund in full (excluding the original postage) or replace items like for like, however if the goods are not received in a resaleable condition we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund for any resulting loss in value.  We may also charge a restocking fee depending on the nature of the products returned.

 

Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons whistles cannot be refunded.  Dummy launchers, launcher blanks, starting pistols and blanks – we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if the product is not suitable due to government restrictions within the firearms act.

 

Returns & Replacements - Faulty Items

 

If for any reason you are not happy with any product purchased, products that become damaged in your opinion through defective materials, poor workmanship or during carriage should be notified immediately to Mobile Shooting Supplies via email.  It should be noted that due to the nature of the business and how the products are used, there will be general wear and tear expected upon the products. 

 

If you are still concerned then please email photos of the damage. Where the item needs to be returned to be inspected by ourselves or the manufacturer please include the completed returns form this will be at your own expense, once inspected if the product is not repairable we will either replace or credit you according to your preference we will also credit the return postage cost at this point.

 

If we or the manufacturer observe the damage is within the accepted level of general wear and tear, we reserve the right to refuse to replace or credit the product, we will be able to return the original item if you wish, however we will require a payment towards the return postage.
